Social Media Strategy
I specialize in building social media accounts from scratch, nurturing an organic audience, and creating engaging content.
My approach includes crafting unique strategies for each brand, developing and managing content calendars, and experimenting with various content forms to find what resonates with different audiences.
The following are case studies on social media strategy.
Mixtape Emporium
Mixtape Emporium is a side project as an exercise to leverage GenAI technologies to produce content at scale.
In under 6 months, key achievements include:
- Over 35,000 subscribers
- 4.7 million views with 30 videos.
Keys to success:
✅ Leveraging GenAI to create content at scale following best practices
✅ Copywriting click-worthy video titles
✅ Creating engaging visuals and are brand-specific
Studbee
Studbee is a Lego parts reseller targeting adult fans of Lego and advanced builders.
Instagram is an obvious place to be present. People regularly post photos of their creations and participate in a large Lego community on the platform.
I started the Studbee instagram from scratch. The challenge was to experiment with different content subject matters and see what resonated more with our target audience.
Goals
🔘 Social media listening. Keep a pulse on the discourse of Lego creators.
🔘 Share works by our customers.
🔘 Answer potential customer questions.
🔘 Increase Accounts Reach and Accounts Engaged metrics as a KPI for brand awareness.
🔘 Showcase new product stock.
🔘 Get impressions to our link-in-bio to drive conversions.
Keys to Success
✅ Engage with the community. Find top hashtags and comment with other creators. Participate in the conversation in the instagram Lego community.
✅ Maintain an aesthetically pleasing feed. We've got many compliments, and it helps stand out from other competing accounts.
✅ Video content on Reels is what has propelled us into reaching more accounts. As a result, our focus has shifted towards mainly posting video content.
Studbee TikTok
Another account built from the ground up.
I started thinking about our TikTok strategy with the widely agreed theory that it has a superior algorithm than Instagram. At least as of now.
Our goals for Tiktok are the same as for our Instagram. We found that posting consistently on the platform, in the subject matter of unboxing Minifigures, led us to fast account growth.
Vespr Coffeebar
Starting a business from the ground up is a daunting endeavor. In addition, having a very limited marketing budget can feel defeating, so our goal was to leverage social media to its full potential.
Thankfully, it worked. Instagram was the main channel where people found out about the coffee shop.
We had a presence on Snapchat, Facebook, and YouTube.
Goals
🔘Brand awareness.
🔘 Social listening.
🔘 Feature new products.
🔘 Engage with customers.
🔘 Produce top-notch content as a brand differentiator.
Keys to Success
✅ Post consistently on the platform.
✅ Engage with comments and customer posts daily.
✅ Reply timely to inquiries.
✅ Post Stories consistently to stay top-of-mind.
✅ Maintain top-notch content quality standards.
